Intuition Zone Review: The Earth Light Guided Meditation

The Intuition Zone by Aine Belton: Earth Light Guided Meditation

As I mentioned before, I’m feeling kind of lazy - and with so many resources in the program, I honestly didn’t know where to start when it came to the meditations. The first thing I did though was upload them onto my ipod so I wouldn’t have to sit at my computer to listen to them.

First I tried listening to the Gifts of Insight meditation, but a minute or so in the audio told me to reference the Intuition Zone Guidebook. I didn’t really feel like getting up and doing that, so I tried the Inner Realm meditation, and again ran into the same problem.

At this point, I was slightly frustrated. Not by any fault of the Intuition Zone program, but because I just wanted to sit down with a meditation and not have to do any reading first. I reluctantly and skeptically started up the Earth Light meditation, and was greatly relieved when there was no mention of having to read anything first.

Now for a point of reference, according to the Intuition Zone sales letter, here is what the Earth Light meditation is supposed to accomplish:

The Earth Light meditation is a powerful and elegant visualization technique that clears and aligns your energy, heightens your spiritual connection and facilitates grounding.

It serves to cleanse and recharge your chakras and auric field, raise your vibration and open channels of higher awareness.

It is a valuable primer to any intuitive practice to enable greater clarity and receptivity, and also a valuable daily exercise for general clearing, centering and aligning. Bathe in the healing power of divine love and light!

I was also initially surprised by listening to the spoken voice of, what I believe was, an Irish woman. Being from the western United States, I’m not accustomed to meditations from people with accents. Fortunately, the accent is not strong, and the voice is welcoming, warm, and very easy to understand. All in all, I found this meditation to be clear and very easy to follow.

This is probably a good time to mention that I usually fall asleep during audio meditations. This is both because I am not fully rested already at the time of meditation, and also because I prefer to lie down when I meditate. This audio recommends sitting up, and I chose to ignore that instruction, too. :)

As the meditation continued, I realized it was a very familiar one. In fact, this Earth Light meditation was basically another variation on the Grounding Cord exercise which I learned at the Berkeley Psychic Institute in California a couple of years ago.

I did like some of the visualizations that this guided meditation used which differed from my previous grounding cord meditation exercises. Also my previous experience with the grounding cord guided meditation was always live, so I appreciate having a recorded version on my ipod that I can bring with me whenever I travel (or if I want to try this meditation someplace else, like in a park).

It’s now about five minutes after the meditation has completed, and here are my initial impressions - I do feel much more relaxed and grounded than I did before the meditation. In this regard, the meditation was successful.

A couple of times I nodded off, not fully asleep, but I certainly drifted beyond the alpha state and went unconscious temporarily. (Yup, time for me to get more sleep!) The voice brought me back to conscious awareness as needed, and I continued the meditation.

One small criticism I have is that in the middle of the meditation, I notice what seemed like a transition from the end of the background music to starting a new cycle of the background music. Perhaps it’s just a problem with not fading the loop effectively together, but it (pardon the pun) threw me for a loop momentarily. This wasn’t a big deal, as with meditation I’ve learned to trust and allow my experience to be whatever it is, but at the same time I would have preferred a smoother transition.

I’m not entirely sure if my chakras have been “cleansed and recharged” or if my vibration has been raised to channels of higher awareness as this meditation is supposed to do. I think I’ll have to try it a few more times before I can write in more detail the benefits of this specific guided meditation.

The program does say that this meditation can be very beneficial to do every day, and I can definitely see how the cumulative effect of this meditation could continue to bring more relaxation and grounding into my life over time.

On that note, as I continue with the Intuition Zone, one theme seems to be very apparent - it’s not like other programs where the possibility for instant gratification is there. This really is a program that needs to not only be used and experienced, but also I’m realizing I need to continue to work with it.

So with that in mind, don’t be surprised if I write another review on the Earth Light guided meditation in the future after I’ve had more experience with it. This is all just a journey, a candid one, and we’re along for the ride together.

Get The Intuition Zone at 50% off: Limited Time Discount

Tuesday, February 24th, 2009

SPECIAL NOTICE: Today the Intuition Zone program was made available to the public at a discounted introductory 50% off discount. I’ve been told that in about a week, the price will double to it’s regular cost - so if you’re interested in the program, then now is the best day to get into the program.

I apologize in advance to you if the program price has already gone back up to full by the time you read this blog post.

So now the question is: Do you think you know yourself?

I certainly thought so, but the more I delve into my spiritual path the less I’m certain of that fact (especially as I continue to work through The Intuition Zone)

According to Aine Belton (creator of Intuition Zone, who you really are, the expanded transcendent self that has all the answers, love and guidance you need, is way more vast, wise and powerful than you may yet be aware.

Intuition Zone provides the practical bridge and thorough ‘how to’ roadmap to access your ULTIMATE SELF and the gifts and insights it houses.

She also says that there is a real and tangible way (in fact, several!) to connect to your wise all-knowing self at will, and to receive the
guidance that most serves you. It’s like having 24-7 access to your personal power-house of higher insights and solutions.

And it’s jam-packed with tried-and-tested step-by-step exercises and techniques for accessing and applying your intuition (over 200 pages of material), plus 4 insight producing meditations.

According to Aine, here’s some of what you’ll experience:

  • Profound shifts in consciousness
  • How to receive clear and reliable guidance
  • How to re-invent yourself and your reality from the inside out
  • How to align to source on a daily basis
  • Spiritual solutions to seeming ‘problems’
  • Signs, symbols and metaphors in your everyday life
  • How to receive clear and reliable guidance
  • How to release unwanted vibrations
  • The natural opening of your third eye and psychic centers
  • How to harness your intuition at greatly heightened levels
  • How to achieve a ‘clear state’ for receiving guidance
  • Higher insights into queries, problems and challenges
  • The healing power of unconditional love
  • The ‘bigger picture’ and true loving nature of reality

From what I’ve seen of the Intuition Zone program, I’m inclined to believe her. I’ve already started to experience some of these things, and I’ve only just begun to go through the program. In case you’re wondering about the ‘How’ (to make all that stuff above become your reality), here’s some of the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the program:

  • Over 17 step-by-step exercises and techniques
  • Beginner exercises & foundations for intuitive practice
  • Yes-No Methods of Divination
  • Muscle testing and using a pendulum
  • Automatic writing technique for with your Higher Self
  • How to decode your inner & outer reality
  • The different facets and faces of intuition
  • ‘Mental Dowsing’ techniques
  • Over 18 examples of message ‘Platforms’ in your everyday life
  • How to designate a sign in your outer reality
  • 4 divinely guided meditations
  • Over 22 examples & interpretations of signs & metaphors
  • The metaphor mind-set exercise
  • And so much more

I’ve already done a few of the techniques, and in the past I did have some very effective experience with muscle testing that my naturopath introduced me to. At first I was a bit skeptical of muscle testing, but after seeing how powerful that alone was I realized (like I mentioned above), I don’t know myself as well as I think I do…

And that’s a good thing!

At least this way, now I have the awareness and the tools to start a new journey of discovery. I’m excited about continuing my journey with the program, and I hope you’ll join me too - I’d love to hear your thoughts on this blog about your own experiences with The Intuition Zone

Intuition Zone Review: The Quality Questions Book

Monday, February 23rd, 2009

“An optimally targeted question can reveal poignant and profound answers.

Even a very simple question, if it hits the spot, can get straight to the core and deliver productive insights.”

Aine Belton, from Intuition Zone

The Intuition Zone by Aine Belton: Asking Quality Questions

Okay, I admit it - I’m lazy :) Well, not exactly, but since I’ve been really busy lately I decided I’d review the smallest component of the Intuition Zone program: “Quality Questions”

In all honesty, since I have a pretty busy life it’s hard for me to sometimes see the “value” in intuition. Logically, I know the value is there, but experientially I think I just need more practice with developing my personal intuition zone.

And in light of the opening quote from Intuition Zone, perhaps I need to ask my intuition whether or not developing it is for my highest good right now…

(Though isn’t that sort of like asking a car salesman if you need a car?)

I hope you’ll forgive the humor diversion - I’ve found that humor is a great spiritual tool to help me clear through some of the seriousness of life and see things more candidly. It helps to not take myself so seriously sometimes. :)

Anyway, in going through the “Quality Questions” book, I felt I really connected with some of Aine’s points. One thing she talks about is the importance of distinguishing between empowering and disempowering questions. This resonates strongly with me, as she is also one of the few people I have come across who really talks about why “should” is such a disempowering word.

In Intuition Zone: “Quality Questions,” Aine also talks about the difference in nature and effectiveness of various questions: particularly the difference between asking “Yes/No” questions and open-ended questions.

With my own conditioning, I instantly assumed that asking open-ended questions would be less helpful than asking yes/no questions. After all, if I’m asking my intuition for guidance, then doesn’t it make sense that I’d want the answer to be clear and direct? Yes/No I felt would provide that, whereas open-ended questions I was concerned might lead me on a wild goose chase.

It turns out that I was wrong…

Asking Quality Questions isn’t that black and white according to Aine. It turns out that there’s certain situations where asking Yes/No questions is the most effective, and yet other times when asking open-ended questions will provide optimal results.

This surprised me, but her explanations really help. I plan to experiment with this more, and as I do you’ll be the first to hear about new insights, and any changes or addendums I make to my review of the Intuition Zone.

The other thing I really appreciated in “Quality Questions” was that Aine provides some valuable insights on how to ask questions in ways I hadn’t thought of before. Aine shares specific techniques on how to take what seems like a very ambiguous question and bring clarity.

What I mean is, a lot of our lives are not black and white. As a result, it can sometimes be difficult to gain clarity within the gray area where we live most of the time. Quality Questions from The Intuition Zone program had practical, meaningful information that helps me see how to understand that gray area, so I actually can move in a specific direction that is for my highest good.

All in all, though “Quality Questions” is the “smallest” part of this massive tome of information called “The Intuition Zone,” it does pack some serious punch and gets a thumbs up in this review.

Intuition Zone Review Free Report: Unlock Your Intuition from Aine Belton

Today Aine Belton released her “Unlock Your Intuition” report to help people start developing their intuition and introduce people to her new Intuition Zone program that I mentioned last week.

Free Report: Unlock Your Intuition

I haven’t yet had a chance to review her free report (I’m not sure I will since it’s free anyway), but Aine says that intuition is sort of like having a magic wand in your pocket… a sort of inner compass that will align you to your highest path and potential. She also says that you can learn to make it your ultimate ally, and even consciously access it anytime you want. I believe her now that I’ve started discovering it myself through the Intuition Zone program (you can read my review in other posts on this website).

Anyway, here’s just a few of the things you’ll discover in “Unlock Your Intuition:”

  • The four primary intuitive channels
  • The most powerful way to shift your consciousness
  • How to get the intuitive balling right away
  • The vast and magnificent overseer of your multi selves - past, present and future, conscious and subconscious.
  • How to decode the whispers in your physical reality
  • The highest vibration in the universe & how to meld with it
  • How to ‘create the space’ for your intuition
  • Wisdom beyond the intellectual capacities of the mind
  • What will initiate your receiving guidance
  • The antidote to the ego virus
  • And more…

What I Don’t Like About The Intuition Zone (Review)

Sunday, February 15th, 2009

Don’t get me wrong, I love the program and think it’s awesome, BUT…

There is something I have to say about The Intuition Zone program. See, I’ve been continuing to go through it and one thing has become abundantly clear to me…

It’s possible to experience information overload

This program is much more comprehensive than I first realized. Every guidebook really needs to be digested on its own - skimming through the program like I did before already was very helpful, but to really get the full benefits from The Intuition Zone, I’m realizing I have to actually spend time with each part of her program.

For example, just the guidebook on asking empowering questions was really insightful. There’s a wealth of information packed into the pages, and that’s one of the smallest of several guidebooks and workbooks included in the program.

So for me, when I first got the program I was kind of hoping for a quick “flash of intuition” — sort of like the “aha” moment where suddenly my intuition comes flooding into me after going through The Intuition Zone. But apparently it doesn’t work like that.

To really get the benefits of this program, I’m going to have to really take it to heart… to go through every piece of this amazing program, bit by bit, and then continue to apply what I learn. As a result, I’m also going to review each part of The Intuition Zone piece by piece as I go through it.

Aine says that developing intuition comes gradually… each step being an opening for the next step. I kind of interpret what she says to mean that it’s like a small leak, and the more water that comes through the leak, the larger the leak becomes… until eventually, water comes flooding out. That’s kind of a bad example though, since in this case I actually want my intuition to come to me like a flood.

The other thing that seems a little overwhelming is that Aine says there’s different kinds of intuition. Some people hear things, some people feel them, some people see them (maybe in their mind’s eye), and all sorts of ways.

That’s a little intimidating for me - it just seems like a lot at once.

On the other hand, Aine says that each person tends to be stronger in one area. For example, I usually have a sort of “knowing” - I don’t hear my intuition, mostly I just “know.” Sometimes I have visualizations in my mind; I see virtual images.

I guess the best way to work with The Intuition Zone is to really take it one step at a time. Go through one guidebook, read it thoroughly, review it for you, and then move on to the next one. I’m really looking forward to checking out the meditations soon when I have a chance, and once I do I’ll post my review on those as well.

The Intuition Zone Review - Will Aine Belton’s Program Really Help You Develop Your Intuition?

Sunday, February 15th, 2009

Have you ever found it hard to listen to your intuition? Maybe you weren’t even sure if you had it? I know I’ve had these challenges with developing my intuition.

For years I kept having this feeling like something or somebody was trying to tell me something, but I couldn’t quite figure it out. It took me almost a decade to finally discover that it was my intuition just trying to help me out a little bit.

Even now, it can still be difficult sometimes. It seems my intuition only tells me about really big things. I’ve often wished I could develop my intuition more clearly so I could hear it anytime I want to hear it (not just when my intuition gets so ‘loud’ it’s impossible not to hear it).

I wish I knew then, what I know now…

A friend recently emailed me some info about a new program called The Intuition Zone from Aine Belton. At first I was a little bit skeptical that this program would be able to help me develop intuition, but I figured I’d at least be open to the possibility. After all, what have I got to lose? Not much, but I know there’s potentially a LOT for me to gain by connecting more deeply with my intuition.

Looking at The Intuition Zone further, I could see how it might be able to help me develop my intuition effectively. In addition to multiple digital books and workbooks, it also includes several guided meditations. These audios are a great idea for me, since I can sometimes be paralyzed by information overload - too many things to read, and not enough actual experience developing my intuition.

I decided to check out The Intuition Zone, and the great thing about it is that Aine makes it really easy for anybody to develop their intuition, even for people who don’t even think they have any! So far I’ve just skimmed through the program and already learned so much - I never realized all the different ways that my intuition was already talking to me. It’s almost like all I needed was a flashlight to be able to see in the dark.

I still haven’t had a chance to listen to the guided meditations from The Intuition Zone, I’ve just been really busy. I will soon though because I have a hunch (intuition maybe?) that they’ll really help me a lot with developing my intuition. I’m still surprised at how comprehensive Intuition Zone is though… it’s the kind of thing I know I’m going to go back and read over and over, and each time I’ll learn something new about my intuition.

If you’re skeptical like I was, then soon Aine is going to offer a free report called “Unlock Your Intuition” and it’s a great introduction to all the different aspects of developing your intuition and how The Intuition Zone program can directly benefit you.

I’m going to write another blog post just about Aine’s free “Unlock Your Intuition” report, but if you want to just download it right now then click the link below:
